Films on Water

While pursuing my studies at Srishti School of Art and Design, I have dedicated myself to creating a series of impactful films centered around the critical themes of water and sanitation within the city of Bangalore. The disheartening phenomena of vanishing lakes, the alarming discharge of sewage into water bodies, and the perpetual drying up of open wells pose significant challenges that demand constructive solutions. Through these short documentaries, I strive to illuminate the narratives of individuals who have courageously embraced the challenge, meeting it head-on with innovative and forward-thinking ideas. These stories not only shed light on the pressing issues affecting the local water ecosystem but also showcase the resilience and creativity of those who are actively engaged in addressing and mitigating these challenges.
